Usage Instructions:

1. Twist the collar at the bottom of the applicator to release the lip tint formula. This may take several twists on the first use.
2. Wait a few seconds for the tint to saturate the cushion tip.
3. Dab the cushion tip onto your lips to apply the color. You can layer the product for more intensity.
