Usage Instructions:
Use the pencil to fill in sparse areas and define the shape
of your brows, using short, light strokes. Use the spoolie brush to blend the
color and shape the brows.
Ingredients:
The brow pencil contains cyclopentasiloxane, paraffin,
diisopropyl dimer dilinoleate, PEG-6 beeswax, ozokerite, hydrogenated castor
oil, ceresin, methylparaben, propylparaben, BHT, and may contain mica, titanium
dioxide, iron oxides, and carmine.
